Description

This highly regarded multi trading business in Bahrain has an opportunity for a Business Manager with considerable experience within their maintenance and installation division. This particular division supplies materials to most of the prestigious construction projects ranging from private villas all the way through to hotels, palaces and major commercial developments. The team sells to external contractors, end users and product suppliers. You will be responsible for managing this division, ensuring that sales targets are met and developing new strategies for the business. Your key responsibilities will be. Manage the installation teams to achieve the team targets. Motivation of existing staff to work closely as possible as a single team. Manage Supervisors and other Management team Members to achieve Company Goals. Advise GM and Directors on successful strategies. Personal involvement in securing key contracts. Identify training and development needs. Take an active role in the recruitment and selection of new staff to further develop the team. In order to be considered, you must have 10 yrs senior management experience within an external contracting and maintenance company, be IT literate and capable of leading, motivating and coaching the teams to achieve set targets.
